Questions

The short version.

How does the free trial work?

Your first 7 days are free, and we don't ask for a credit card. Sign up, pair a machine, and use everything. When the week is over, your workspace pauses until you add a payment method in Settings ($20/mo Founding, via Stripe). Your threads and paired machines stay put.

What does the plan cover?

$20/month covers the hosted workspace: the cockpit at app.yothere.ai, the inbox, and hosted voice (120 minutes a day, resets daily). Your agents still run on your own machine, on the agent subscription you already pay for, so there is no metered inference bill from us on top.

Do I need keys or a phone number for voice?

No. Voice is a hosted service we run, and it is included in the $20. You click Connect in the cockpit and talk to your fleet in the browser: no phone provider, no Twilio, no API key of your own. The plan includes 120 voice minutes a day, resetting daily, so a forgotten call can't run away.

Why does the charge say Creala and not yothere?

Because Creala LLC is the company that runs yothere's billing on Stripe. The checkout page and the line on your card statement show Creala. Same product, same people; the receipt just carries the billing company's name.

Do I need my own agent subscription?

Yes. yothere is the cockpit and the attention router. The work is done by a brain running on your machine, so you bring your own. Claude Code and the Codex CLI run on a Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already have; the open-source OpenClaw CLI is a third option that brings its own model provider.

Do I need API keys?

Not for Claude Code or Codex: they run on the login you already have, and voice runs on ours, so yothere never holds your model credentials or pays for your inference. OpenClaw is the exception, since it brings its own model provider; you configure that key in OpenClaw, and yothere still never stores it.

How do I get access?

Signup is open, and your first 7 days are free with no credit card. Create your workspace at app.yothere.ai/signup and you are in right away. To keep going after the free week, start the Founding plan ($20/mo) from Settings.
