Subprocessors
Last updated July 2026
These are the third parties we use to run yothere. Each one processes some of your data on our behalf, for the purpose noted. This is the same list embedded in our privacy policy, kept here as a standalone page so it is easy to find. We keep it current; if you want to be told when it changes, email [email protected] and we will let you know before we add a new one.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Fly.io | Hosting for the app control plane, the hosted voice worker, and the Postgres database. | EU (Amsterdam) |
| Google (Gemini) | The model behind hosted voice. Processes call audio and the read-back task content in real time, on our paid API key. | US / global |
| Daily.co | The media room (SFU) that carries hosted-voice audio between your browser and our voice worker. | US / global |
| Cloudflare | Marketing-site hosting and CDN, the waitlist store (Workers KV), and the voice TURN relay. | Global (EU edge) |
| Stripe | Payment processing for the Founding plan, on behalf of Creala LLC. Handles card details directly; we receive only customer/subscription ids and plan status. | US / global |
| Resend | Transactional email: sign-up confirmation, password reset, invites, and the delivery events. | US |
| PostHog (EU) | Cookieless marketing-site analytics (page views and a few explicit interactions). | EU (Frankfurt) |
| Advertising measurement on the marketing site, in cookieless mode: nothing is stored on the visitor's device, and we skip it entirely for browsers sending Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Our server additionally reports that a Reddit ad click converted into a signup, sending only Reddit's own click identifier, never an email address or any other match key. Reddit is an independent controller for its own use of this data, not a processor we contract with. | US / global |
Your browser's push service (Google, Apple, or Mozilla, depending on your browser) is a recipient of push-notification payloads if you enable notifications, but it is not a processor we contract with. Your own coding-agent provider (Anthropic for Claude Code, OpenAI for Codex) runs on your machine under your own subscription and is not our subprocessor; we never send your work to a model of ours.
